VAULT has been in business since 2003, assembled from members of the same team that had developed and marketed The Fund Library (www.fundlibrary.com) in 1995 and had earned a reputation for developing strategic web solutions in the wealth management industry for many of Canada’s top mutual fund companies and dealers. This move will bolster InvestorPOS’ technology capabilities supporting its document publishing and delivery solutions for the financial services industry, while benefitting VAULT Solutions’ financial services clients with InvestorPOS’ depth in multi-channel investor communications.
