MCAP, Canada's largest independent mortgage company manages the administration including printed communications for 12 mortgage providers in Canada. These communications include statements and other regular lettermail communications that must be individually branded for the mortgage provider. In 2005, MCAP embarked on a project to outsource their statement communications with the objective of developing a fully digital print and electronic workflow.
